Vancouver, BC Open EC Technologies corporate is located in Vancouver, B.C.Canada. This location is our head office and location of our CEO, CFO and CTO and the development center for the SoftCare TradeLink software system.

Atlanta, Georgia Open EC SoftCare US HealthCare Corporate Office is located in Atlanta, Georgia. This is our US HealthCare Sales Office and location of our US President of HealthCare operations.

San Antonio, Texas Open EC's SoftCare iPlexus HealthCare Managed Services is located in San Antonio, Texas. This location operates, supports and implements our Software as a Service (SaaS) and Clearinghouse Operations

Spring Hill, Florida Open EC's SoftCare Medical Billing Services are based in Spring Hill, FL. This locations provides the operations and customer support for our outsourced Physician billing and revenue cycle management solutions.

Portland, Maine Open EC's Physical Data Center and SoftCare iPlexus senior software development team is located Portland, Maine area. This location houses our SaaS Applications, Computers and Network for our HealthCare Processing and key software development team member for the SoftCare iPlexus systems.
